The short version
You can read every page without an account and without giving us your name, email or phone number.
The site has no contact form, no booking form, no advertising and, by default, no analytics or tracking cookies.
A few features involve other companies. They are listed below so you can decide whether to use them.
Information processed when you visit
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser type. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
Preferences in your browser. If you tap "Show the map" or add places to your trip, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so you are not asked again. It is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Questions typed into the helpdesk. Your question is sent to our server so it can find matching places and answers. The application does not store it in a database. Your IP address is held in memory for a few minutes to limit abuse. Please do not type personal or sensitive information into the question box.
Other companies involved
Map tiles. When you choose to show the interactive map, your browser downloads map images from the map provider (by default the OpenStreetMap Foundation). The provider receives your IP address and which part of the map you view. Nothing is loaded from the map provider until you ask to see the map.
Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and official ticket sites. These are ordinary links. Those services receive nothing from us until you click, and then their own privacy policies apply.
Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from third-party servers.
When you contact the restaurant
If you phone us or message us on Instagram to reserve a table, we use your name, number and booking details only to manage that reservation and to reply to you. We do not sell or share them for marketing. Messages on Instagram are also handled by Meta under its own terms.
